11:00am-Noon:  Arrival and Pre-Golf

• Golf check-in and bags on carts

• Box lunch pickup

• Shannon Open Merchandise for sale

• Raffle Auction prize table preview and ticket sales

• First Tee beverage tent

Noon:  Event Kickoff!

• Everyone gather at putting green for National Anthem and Ball Toss

12:15pm:  Golfers proceed to your hole

12:30pm:  Shotgun Start

12:30pm-5:30pm:

• On-course: beverage cart, drink holes, and activity holes

Post Golf: 

• 5:00pm: Bar open on patio

• 5:30pm: Buffet dinner open on patio

• Raffle auction items on display and ticket sales open all day

• 6:30pm Raffle auction closes

• 6:30pm On-course game and tournament winners, and raffle auction winners announced

• In case of rain: We move to Highland Pavilion
